With nearly two decades of hands-on experience—including a decade as Senior Vice President at Bandhan Bank—he has spearheaded critical initiatives across retail banking, micro-operations, and strategic expansion. His 19 years of dedicated fieldwork have established him as a premier practitioner in financial inclusion and sustainable development models.

He currently serves as Head – Health Initiatives & Education at Bandhan Group. A seasoned academic, Dr. Das has taught General Management, Strategy, and Marketing as a visiting and adjunct professor at institutions including Regent Business School, IEM Kolkata, Manipal University, Carreograph Institute of Management (Jamia Millia Islamia), and Bengal Institute of Business Studies (Vidyasagar University). His scholarly contributions include 24 publications in journals and conferences and 2 book chapters.
